Satisfying DEQ Requirements
Through the CLean Water Act and EPA, DEQ has implemented the UIC program with requirements that reduce the amount of pollutants and sedimens carried to our creeks, rivers, lakes and streams, as well as our drinking water. DEQ is now enforcing this UIC Program that has been in affect for years. DEQ is in full force tracking registration and maintenance of all UICs.
Services For Your UIC
SWS provides complete services for your UICs. We will help you with becoming Rule Authorized or WPCF permitted. We will then implement a Stormwater Management Plan and handle all record keeping as required by DEQ. We will keep your UICs compliant with all DEQ requirements by scheduling and performing all maintenance, Water Quality Testing and providing clients with a Spill Plan and Spill Kit. SWS also has the ability to install and retrofit your business with UICs and BMPs and we will apply proven best management practices. Our staff is up to date on local erosion & sediment control & stormwater management issues & regulations.
